Manufactured here in the UK, Maples Classic uPVC deck board is constructed from a virgin grade uPVC which complies to BS476 Part 7 Class 1 Spread of Flame and this material is fully recyclable. Our stringent quality at all stages of manufacture means that all boards and trims will match perfectly and look good enhancing your outdoor living space for years to come.

Supplied from stock the board is supplied in 5 metre (16.4 feet) lengths 38mm (1 ½”) thick with a 150mm (6 inch) cover width per board.

Available in our Classic Beige or the new Classic Cream variant (new for the 2009 season.)

Fixing is by standard deck screws, these are hidden due to the unique top fixing system offered by Maples classic uPVC board, the screws are fixed through slots in the boards surface which are then covered with matching filler strips. Download fixing instructions from our download menu

Maples Classic uPVC deck board is finished on the exposed ends and sides by the addition of a simple ‘C’ channel available in 5 metre lengths in matching colours. This trim can be fixed with small stainless steel screws of a solvent weld type uPVC adhesive. Another use of this trim is finishing off around posts, drain pipes etc. and other applications which involve cutting of the deck board.

Maples Classic uPVC deck board is virtually maintenance free with excellent weathering performance and is engineered to be fade resistant; all that is needed is a periodic wash down with a mild detergent and a hose. Because it is made from virgin uPVC polymers, Maple Classic uPVC board is impervious to any liquid spilt on it and totally non-staining.

As well as being ‘easy on the eye’ Maple Classic uPVC deck boards are also ‘easy on the feet’ being non-splintering with a foot friendly finish, the design also allows the boards to stay cool to the touch even in the hottest of British summers.
