Maple Plastics offer a solution to your gate problems which we believe is the best in the industry.
From stock we offer our standard size gates in all colours with all our picket options to match your balustrade/railing.
Manufactured using a bespoke 80mm square reinforced section our gates are braced internally with galvanised steel then sonically welded for strength and durability.
- Our stock size gate has an overall dimension of 810mm (32”) High X 810mm Wide.
- Bespoke gates are available with around 7-10 days manufacturing time.
- Bespoke gates up to 1000mm (39”) X 1000mm are charged at our standard rate, larger sizes will be quoted on an individual basis at time of order.
- As standard our gates are supplied with stainless steel hinges and galvanised steel latch.

The TruClose Regular hinge range are suitable for gates weighing up to 55lb (25kg) with a maximum gate load up to 550lb/250kg. A number of options are available, including:
Standard - Dependable TruClose reliability
Alignment Legs - Offering quick and easy installation, these side fixing legs also offer additional fixing strength as you fix the hinge to both the face AND side of the fence post and gate. Gate gaps are fixed at 3/4" on the regular range with alignment legs.

Gate Stop is the ideal gate alignment device for preventing hinge, latch and gate damage, and for prolonging gate life.
There are three models to fit gates of different sizes and materials.
Molded from high-strength polymer materials, it is guaranteed against rust, distortion and staining. An integrated rubber buffer protects against 'gate slam' and reduces noise significantly.
For gates higher than 4 feet (1.2m), two Gate Stops may be required to guard against severe "concussion" or twisting damage.
Important: Gate Stops should not be used on child safety gates, as they may be used as footholds by toddlers |
